Convergence is led by U.S. Veterans and seasoned professionals — including a former Fortune-250 executive — who have already stood up programs at Mirror Ranch, launched SCUBA dive therapy for PTSD, and built partnerships across Panama.
Alongside partners like YWAM Ships and SAR Panama, our all-Veteran crews have run mobile medical missions (84 people treated in two days) and healing deployments aboard the M/V Ceaseless Explorer. The Wellness Center makes that proven mission a permanent, revenue-generating base.
