Give With Purpose

Fund Healing for Those Who Served

Your contribution builds facilities, funds treatments and therapies, and shapes a living legacy of gratitude on Panama's Caribbean coast.

Every gift is tax-deductible through our 501(c)(3) — and every dollar helps a Veteran move from surviving to thriving.

Healing Our Heroes

Our wellness center on Panama's Caribbean coast will do more than rejuvenate guests' bodies and minds — it will sustainably finance our nonprofit programs for Veterans in need of holistic healing, transitional support, and community reintegration.

A Retreat With Purpose

A luxury yet accessible retreat offering integrative therapies, stress-recovery, fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness programs.

Every Stay Gives Back

A percentage of every program fee and membership is directed into the nonprofit arm that provides free or subsidized care for Veterans facing PTSD, chronic pain, or reintegration challenges.

Built to Last

This model ensures continuity, transparency, and sustainability. Every guest and investor is part of the deeper purpose of healing our Veterans.

Benefits For All

  • For Donors

The satisfaction of knowing your gift improves lives while providing eligible tax deductions through our 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

  • For Veterans

Access to therapies and resources they might never otherwise afford — delivered in a natural, healing environment.

  • For Guests

Top-tier health treatments and protocols known to improve health and longevity.

  • For Investors

Participation in a profitable venture with measurable social impact and long-term growth in the expanding wellness economy.

What Your Support Builds

This is where funding goes right now — the specific, physical work standing between the property today and the vision above.

  • Restore a Cabana

Original bungalows on the property need a full restoration — roof, deck, wiring, and plumbing — before they're guest- or Veteran-ready.

  • Solar Power

Panels to cut the property's reliance on diesel generators and bring down its long-term operating cost.

  • Battery Storage

Batteries to store that solar power, so the property has reliable electricity day and night.

  • Water Catchment

A rainwater catchment and filtration system, so the property can supply its own clean water on-site.

Fund the Build

Every gift funds a specific, physical piece of the rehabilitation — not a future stay. Here's what different gift levels build.

  • $1,000

    Solar power for a cabana

    • Solar panels for one guest-and-Veteran cabana
    • Cuts diesel-generator dependence
    • Recognition in donor showcases
    Donate $1,000
  • $5,000

    Restore a cabana

    • Full bungalow restoration — roof, deck, wiring, plumbing
    • One cabana made guest- and Veteran-ready
    • Recognition in donor showcases
    Donate $5,000

VIP Funding, Investment & Legacy

We are inviting founding donors and strategic investors to help build this center from the ground up. Premium giving thresholds open unique legacy opportunities.

  • $25,000 – $50,000

Underwrite the solar array and battery bank for a full row of cabanas — a personal dedication plaque at the installation.

  • $100,000

Fund the full restoration of one cabana, from foundation to furnishings, and name it in your honor.

  • $250,000 – $500,000

Fund and dedicate a wellness-center building from the ground up — the clinic, exercise/physical-therapy pavilion, float spa/hydrotherapy center, or recreational center.

  • $1,000,000+

Provide the founding capital that builds the wellness center, with full naming rights, media recognition, permanent signage, and inclusion in all future branding as a founding benefactor.

A living legacy: imagine the “Jim & Shirley Carpenedo Wellness Center” — your name on a place that heals those who served, for generations to come.

Veterans Helping Veterans

Convergence was founded by U.S. Veterans and their supporters who learned firsthand that healing comes from peer connection and purpose. What began at our Mirror Ranch retreat — equine-assisted work and dialectical behavior therapy — grew into SCUBA dive therapy for PTSD, and then into Panama.

Alongside partners like YWAM Ships and SAR Panama, our all-Veteran crews have run mobile medical missions (84 people treated in two days), humanitarian aid deliveries, and healing retreats aboard the M/V Ceaseless Explorer. Now our onshore Wellness Center gives that mission a permanent home.

There, Veterans move from surviving to thriving — turning wounded warriors into healers for both oceans and communities.
