How the Model Works
The retreat will run as a hospitality business, and part of its revenue will pay for our nonprofit Veteran programs. The better the business does, the more Veterans it can serve.
The Business
Revenue will come from three places: integrative therapies, memberships, and short-term rentals, including suites built over the water.
The Veteran Programs
A percentage of every future program fee and membership will fund low-to-no cost programs for Veterans facing PTSD, chronic pain, or reintegration challenges.

The Property You're Backing
A waterfront property in Bocas del Toro, acquired recently and now being restored as an eco-resort. Each upgrade is picked to add value or lower what the place costs to run.

Who's Behind It
Convergence is led by U.S. Veterans and experienced professionals, including a former Fortune 250 executive. Together they've already run programs at Mirror Ranch, started SCUBA dive therapy for PTSD, and built partnerships across Panama.
Alongside partners like YWAM Ships and SAR Panama, our all-Veteran crews have run mobile medical missions (84 people treated in two days) and healing deployments aboard the M/V Ceaseless Explorer. The Wellness Center gives that work a permanent home, one that earns its own keep.
